3-month introductory program covering basics of shooting sport (NR Rule), safe weapon handling, stance, grip, breathing, and trigger control. Methodically designed curriculum with 2 hours of specialised training every alternate day — including technical, mental, and physical elements. Includes SCATT training and complete equipment support.
3 Months · Till State Level6-month advanced program aligned with ISSF Rules. Customised annual plan with quarterly cyclic assessment, mind training, daily physical training, sports science support, and competition support. Designed to prepare shooters for Pre-Nationals, Nationals, and Indian Squad Selection Trials.
6 Months · Till National & BeyondYear-long extensive training plan for students — from our Beginner to Advance curriculum. Flexible training timings to suit school/college schedules. Complete weapon and equipment support. Students are also prepared for All India Inter-School Competitions (organised by SGFI).
Year-Long · Flexible ScheduleA 1-day introductory program for working professionals covering safe weapon handling and the art of self-defence. Flexible hours to fit official timings. Senior Shooters · By SelectionSHQ welcomes shooters from all walks of life — minimum age 9 years (no maximum limit). Students, working professionals, housewives, businessmen, partially handicapped aspirants, wrong master eye conditions, and sportspersons from other disciplines.
